The Yawn, inspired by The Scream by Edvard Munch — a work that has always fascinated me — offers a more peaceful reinterpretation.
Where Munch painted the scream of the world, Mana responds with a breath of calm: a chromatic transition from anxiety to surrender.
Each print is produced from my original oil painting, with particular attention paid to the accuracy of colors, contrasts, and texture.
Printed as a giclée on 100% cotton paper using pigment-based inks, these prints offer a faithful and long-lasting reproduction of the painting.
Prints are produced on Epson P20000, on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 gsm paper, by a renowned Parisian laboratory.
Conceived as an extension of the original work, they preserve its essence while making it accessible in different formats.
